Just wanted to let you guys know that I am actually working on the chapter and it will be up eventually, probably as a double release with chapter 43. I've been travelling across the US (already driven 3400+ miles) over the last two weeks and have a couple more weeks to go, and it's been harder to keep up with editing on the road than I thought it would be.
