Chapter 45 progress update

Chapter is being worked on and will hopefully be out soon.  I've been sick this week and have had a lot going on lately.  Thanks for your patience.

    Sad to hear that you've been sick. I hope you feel better soon. I am certain that slowly but surely the chapter will appear.
