Work on Rena has started, and we hope to have the first (for us) chapter out relatively soon. Just for future reference, I'll note that now that we're working on something with much shorter chapters and have more editors, theoretically we should be releasing considerably faster. Key word being theoretically.

ReplyDeleteThere is unfortunately only released one volume of Maid wo Nerae. And since the creator pair divorced two years ago, I am afraid that newer chapters, if they even exist, will never be collected in a volume 2. Same goes for their other serie He Is My Master.
Of course we can be lucky that the series will come back, but with the latest volume release now more than three years back the chanches begin to get very small. And they will at least need a new person to draw, but with Asu Tsukaki's very personal style it will probably get hard to find someone who can take over. At least there have been no news about someone involved for real so far.
